It looks like the Islamic group Al Qaeda is again ramping up for an attack on the U.S. It's reported to be bigger than 9/11's attack. As porous as our borders are, even after 9/11, it'll be a cinch for these Muslims to infiltrate our nation. Most of our security is also a joke, made just for show and turned against U.S. citizens rather than the real bad guys (i.e., Muslims who take the Quran at face value)

What will happen when Israel strikes at Iran's centrifuges and, likely, their shiny new heavy-water reactor? Obviously, Iran will counter, putting to the test their grandiose military claims. I would find it difficult to believe Israel will escape unscathed, but I know they have a decent anti-missile defense (though not perfect, I expect). » read more »

The U.S. and Russia are reviving the Cold War. Russia upped the ante by threatening to sell the S-300 to Iran. This would essentially force Israel's hand. Israel would need to strike Iran before this air-defense weapon went into service. » read more »
